Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Continental Kennel Club. The following terms and conditions constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment and Processing Time

  • We ask that you allow 7-10 business days mailing time for your registration to reach our office, 5 business days for the processing of your application upon its receipt in our office, and an additional 7-10 business days for the time it will take to mail the documentation back to you via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 10 business days for delivery prior to reissuing paperwork. 
    • The processing and delivery windows are the same for most documents submitted by fax or email.
  • Unless otherwise requested, all documents will be mailed via USPS. Documents are mailed the next business day (excluding holidays and company closures) after they are processed. Ex: Documents processed on Monday mail on Tuesday. Documents processed on Friday mail on Monday.
  • All registrations are processed and shipping within 5 business days, except PAW Registration Applications.
  • PAW applications are processed and shipped within 30 business days. 
  • Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time (excluding holidays and company closures).
  • Out of stock merchandise will be shipped as soon as it is available. 
  • If we cannot ship an ordered item within 5 business days, or if it is permanently out of stock, you will be notified and given the option for a refund. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

  • Continental Kennel Club ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
    • U.S. Territories include: Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), and Guam (GU).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Continental Kennel Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Delivery of items shipped internationally may arrive outside our standard delivery window.

Damaged Items and Items Not Received

  • Continental Kennel Club is not liable for damage(s) during shipping. 
    • If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact CKC for further instructions.
    • Please retain all packaging and the damaged item(s).
  • Certain packages may be reimbursed/replaced via claim(s) with the shipment carrier.
    • CKC will provide the necessary tracking information upon request.
  • If you’ve not received your item(s) within 60 days of the order date, please contact us. 
  • Notification of a missing item more than 60 days beyond the order date will result in a fee for replacement, at CKC’s discretion.
